Allan Bosley
Head of Culture and Information Management,
Ark Data Centres
Following an Arts degree, and a career that spanned film and event production, advertising, communications management on major change programmes and interactive media, Allan joined Ark Data Centres in 2009. He started at Ark prior to the Company having powered data centre capacity working initially on market research, moving to bid management, marketing and then working to the CEO on management information. In 2023 he was appointed Head of Culture with a brief to address the proposition that 'what got us here will not get us there'. Working closely with the Director of People Leadership and Change, the role involves the development and adoption of a values driven culture designed to create an innovative, agile and collaborative team, able to adjust to the many demands inherent in a rapidly growing sector underpinning the digital economy. Allan has worked with ALET and their UTCs since the beginning of the partnership with Ark.
