Dalia El Tawy is the Director of Business Development and Strategy for Small Gas Turbines Product Life Cycle Global in Siemens Energy based in Houston, Texas. She is responsible for developing the strategy for existing and future products based on market and business needs, optimizing R&D spend allocations, and accelerating technology monetization by driving new technology market introduction and developing new markets.
Dalia has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas and distributed power generation markets. Prior to joining Siemens Energy in 2016, she was a Program Manager at Solar Turbines in San Diego, California with the global responsibility for leading the market development and strategic growth efforts. Dalia received her MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of San Diego. She is an active leader and advisory board member of several Distributed Generation and Combined Heat and Power Industry associations, and also serving on several international and national technical committees.
