With over 17 years at CBRE, Dan serves as the Executive Director for 3 of the UK Business Units, specialising in Data Centre solutions. Starting his career as an electrical engineer in building services, he transitioned into critical environments as a structured cabling engineer before joining CBRE in 2007. During his tenure of Business Unit Director (2018 – 2024), Dan has led his team to multiple awards, including Business Unit and Global Business of the Year.
A proven leader with a strong background in the engineering and services industry, Dan has excelled in various management and senior leadership roles, driving financial growth, team development, and innovative customer service solutions. He currently manages a team of over 200 professionals across the UK, dedicated to maintaining excellence in CBRE’s contractual operations and client relationships.
