Laila Takeh

Laila is a sustainability leader and IEMA Fellow, co-authoring a report on the State of the Sustainability Profession for IEMA, following their joint work on green skills (https://www.iema.net/all-jobs-greener/). Her background in Computer Science and Art provides a unique blend of technical, creative, and sustainability expertise. Laila established and led the Sustainability and Climate strategy and innovation consulting practice at a major professional services firm, advising numerous clients on navigating the data and technology aspects of their sustainability transformations. She has advised clients on nature-based adaptation and energy transition related strategies and digital ventures, including work with DESNZ, Defra and the Soil Association. Her consulting experience spans diverse sectors, focusing on strategy development, implementation, and impact measurement. Laila is passionate about driving positive change and empowering organisations to achieve their sustainability goals through innovative, pragmatic, and results-oriented solutions.
