He began his career at Alfa Laval, specializing in product marketing and successfully introducing advanced refrigeration and cooling systems to the global market. Massimiliano later transitioned to the data center industry, designing a bespoke heat rejection system for a U.S. hyperscale facility. Now a Business Developer for data center cooling at Frigel Group, he focuses on advancing efficient and sustainable cooling technologies. A passionate advocate for sustainability, he promotes the adoption of adiabatic cooling systems, which significantly reduce water and energy consumption. His work is dedicated to solving critical challenges in resource efficiency, driving the shift toward greener and more sustainable practices in the data center industry.
