Michel Grabon

Carrier
Michel Grabon, with 34 years of global experience within the Carrier group, is the Director of the Data Center Market. The Data Center team focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions, coordinating worldwide sales, and driving continuous improvement across the functions and regions involved in this market.
Previously, Michel Grabon led the Advantec BSG engineering team in the EMEA region before heading the "Advanced Systems and Refrigerants" team within Carrier’s "Technologies and Components" department. In this role, he was responsible for defining technology roadmaps and executing projects related to new systems and refrigerants.
Throughout his career, he has also led engineering for Carrier’s Commercial Applied Global Platform and worked at the Montluel (France) research and development center. Michel joined Carrier in 1989 after earning a DEA from INSA Lyon (Master’s in Heat Transfer). He also holds a Master’s in Energy Engineering from INSA Lyon and a BS in Mechanics and Energy from the Polytechnic School of Poland.
Michel holds over 65 patents covering system architecture, product design, heat transfer, controls, and acoustics.
