Raymond is a Sales Manager with 25 years of experience in the data center industry. In his current role at DC People, he connects companies with the right professionals, from hands-on technicians to C-level management, to strengthen teams and realize business goals. His focus is on recruiting talent for both long-term and project-based deployment. With his background in designing, building, and managing data centers, Raymond understands the complex needs of his clients and translates these into staffing solutions.
As a Sales Manager, Raymond understands business strategy and can identify technologies that will improve and enhance business goals. In other words, combining technical know-how and being able to translate it. He is a central point of contact in RFI/RFP processes, plays a key role in identifying the right solution to be offered, managing the internal process and progress, identify risks and follow up on submitting the proposals by the Sales team. Moreover, he is able to translate customer demands and identify technologies that will improve and enhance our offering. By combining technical know-how and being able to translate it, even in layman’s terms back to customers.
