Before joining ABI Research, Rithika led the Future Communities vertical for the EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. There, she worked on designing and deploying prototypes of a self-sustaining civilization kit in Singapore, the Philippines, and India through co-creative collaborations with startups, governments, subject matter experts, and educational institutes. Her research focus was on multidisciplinary sustainable design, passive design strategies, and designing net-zero energy buildings in the tropics through testing and deploying innovative smart building technologies.
