Siobhán Nagle is Managing Director of Digital Infrastructure Advisory utilising her skills and expertise of over 25 years in the digital infrastructure, real estate and investment sectors.
During that time, she has held senior positions at AWS, Equinix, Anglo Irish Bank, PE investor vehicles, Virgin Media and lead the management of global real estate investment funds.
Having worked within a number of sector globally, Siobhan is accomplished in identifying, managing and resolving tensions which can arise traditional real estate investment and the requirements of the digital infrastructure sector. She has earned a reputation for an innovative approach and incisive style in transversing the often-differing constraints of engineering solutions and “the grey” of negotiation with external stakeholders and is particularly regarded for her commercial, pragmatic and solution lead acumen.
She has built and lead teams delivering real estate, permitting, asset and investment management, corporate development, and strategy across EMEA. As an advisor to Government and agencies she brings an in depth and experienced approach to development and stakeholder consultation, PPPs and JVs.
Siobhán is a member of iMasons Women EMEA steering group and is active in a number of data centre, tech and real estate groups.
