CIPD level 7 qualified senior HR Leader. With circa 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, I am a strategic HR leader who improves the organisational effectiveness, performance and employee engagement, through the transformation of the organisational human capital. I followed my passion and started my career as a teacher of English language after obtaining bachelor’s degree in teaching from Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages (Uzbekistan). Having worked for a number of years as a pre-school teacher my career took a turn that saw me transitioning into Human Resources Management. Since that change, I worked and developed my expertise as a senior HR professional in a variety of sectors and industries including non-for-profit sector as well as commercial organisations, including public and private companies. I played pivotal role in establishing HR functions, formulating HR strategies to drive organisational success and partnering with business leaders in strategic leadership of agile global organisation.
