Tatiana is a professionally qualified project and programme manager (Prince 2, APMP and MSP) with 15 years’ experience and a proven track record delivering projects and programmes from initiation through to completion. She has worked on various projects in Data Centre sector and other sectors including large scale, high value and complex projects, MEP upgrades and critical resilience enhancement.
Tatiana has both an engineering and a business management background, which gives her a different perspective from an applied professional point of view and from team management and business management.
At Deerns in London Tatiana leads Project and Programme Management service proposition, with a focus on planning and execution of technically challenging projects with MEP and Sustainability bias, technical and facilities in the UK, Europe and worldwide.
