Wayne Edwards

Wayne began teaching in 1998, and has taught in and led a number of schools since, including as Vice Principal at UTC Reading, Principal at UTC Heathrow when the school joined ALET in 2018, Executive Principal at both UTC Reading and UTC Heathrow and now is an Executive Director within the ALET leadership team.
Wayne is responsible for our employer engagement, including our Digital Futures Programme in which we partner with many companies in the digital infrastructure industry. He is passionate about helping industry work with our schools to prepare students for work and life.
